Mark is a psychologist who enjoys working with people to overcome their struggles and live in a healthier and purposeful way. He believes that therapy is most effective when it works both on a practical and cognitive level, giving strategies to cope with difficulties in the short term while working on a longer-term improvement. Common issues Mark works with are depression and anxiety, addiction and those wanting to change their habits and behaviours, however, is keen to help with a broad range of issues.
With a specialisation in sport and exercise psychology, a particular strength of Mark's is helping athletes, musicians and other performers to improve their practice and performance and to help those embarking on an exercise to overcome their barriers and build a healthier lifestyle and achieve their goals.
Mark was born in England, lived in Germany and Sweden and has worked with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds, striving to make therapy relatable and improve something that is in reach of all people.
Whether you are simply looking to get off the couch for a healthier life or struggling to function because of the worries in your mind, please get in contact, to see how Mark would be able to help you.
